several pies. The company makes most of its money through IDT Telecom,
which provides retail domestic and international long-distance access
mainly in the US, as well as wholesale voice and data services. IDT
also offers wireless service and pre-paid calling cards. The company's
international business consists of calling card sales to customers
primarily in Europe. IDT's other operations include a capital division,
which acquires and manages media and broadcast properties; an energy
services unit that resells natural gas and electric power in New York
state; and IDT Carmel, which provides debt collection services.

UTA was formed in
1998 and is
the distribution arm of IDT Telecom. UTA
is one of the largest distributors of prepaid phone cards in the United
States and distributes over 200 different phone cards throughout the
country. Its products offer a combination of high quality, low rates
and practical features. Some of the features include recharge, auto
recharge, call detail records, pin-less dialing, & speed
dialing.
Many of our cards have local access and all of our cards have toll-free
access. There are several cards with either no connection, service or
maintenance fees.
